PPG AC EMEA is operating in an increasingly competitive and data-driven market where smart pricing decisions are essential for profitable growth. To support our strategy, we are introducing advanced analytics and AI capabilities within the PriceFX platform. The Pricing Insights Specialist will play a key role in helping Market Units (MUs) translate data into meaningful pricing actions. This role combines analytics, business partnering, system expertise, and AI innovation. You will explore margin opportunities, develop pricing analytics adoption, and support the design of AI-driven agents that guide sales teams with smarter, faster decisions. Job Responsibility

  • Partner with MUs to understand pricing challenges, objectives, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze product, customer, and market data to generate margin-driving insights
  • Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards with key pricing KPIs
  • Facilitate workshops to translate findings into concrete PRGM initiatives
  • Track the effectiveness of implemented actions and recommend improvements
  • Increase awareness of PriceFX Analytics capabilities across pricing and commercial teams
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build user proficiency
  • Customize analytical models and frameworks within PriceFX based on business needs
  • Support users in interpreting analytics outputs and making data-driven decisions
  • Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical tools
  • Identify and prioritize business areas where AI can automate or enhance pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with IT and data science teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Test, validate, and ensure alignment of AI agents with business goals
  • Train teams on how to use AI capabilities for real-time pricing guidance
  • Monitor performance of AI agents and refine models for accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing, revenue management, or business insights
  • Proficiency with PriceFX Analytics or comparable pricing/revenue tools
  • Solid understanding of data analysis methods and tools: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, especially in pricing optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable business recommendations
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., analytics, data science, AI) are a plus
