Job Description:

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing product pricing, coordinating inbound costs, and administering customer selling prices for products within KeHE’s distribution network. This role encompasses overseeing inbound cost components, establishing outbound price points, and maintaining standard margins for assigned customers or product groups.

  • Maintaining standard margins for assigned customers or product groups
  • Provide analytical support, reporting, and coordination for the pricing of new and existing items for specific accounts or product groups
  • Administer retail customer and KeHE private label pricing
  • Generate reports and coordinate competitive “Cost of Goods” projects from retailers
  • Support landed cost projects related to new customer onboarding and/or distribution center business shifts
  • Manage price change administration
  • Perform other duties, special projects, and ad hoc reporting as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, a combination of education, training, and relevant experience acceptable
  • Experience with data mining in varied systems and environments required
  • Prior distribution experience is preferred
  • Pricing and margin management experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage confidential or sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
