Job Description:

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development and execution of pricing strategies for products and services, ensuring they are competitive, profitable, and aligned with company goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain accurate and timely pricing information.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing the implementation of pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market
  • Managing customer inquiries related to pricing and providing accurate information
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Regularly monitoring customer accounts to ensure pricing accuracy
  • Processing customer applications with precision and efficiency
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer credit records
  • Collaborating with the team to review and revise pricing policies as needed
  • Ensuring all pricing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Assisting in the development of competitive pricing strategies based on market research
  • Providing support to the sales team through accurate pricing information and strategies

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred, Associate's Degree required
  • Proven ability to implement and maintain competitive pricing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate pricing scenarios and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
