Job Description

We’re looking for a Pricing Controller to own and evolve our pricing and promotions strategy, working cross-functionally with the Category, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead cross‑functional pricing governance with Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams
  • Partner with Category Leads to set pricing, promotions, KVIs, and vendor‑funded events
  • Collaborate with Finance to validate margin, forecast impacts, scenario‑model pricing actions
  • Work with Data & Analytics/BI teams to improve reporting, models and measurement tools
  • Engage Supply Chain on availability risks when planning promotions
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and development to Pricing Analysts
  • Build a strong pricing culture with coaching, upskilling and structured review processes
  • Represent Pricing in cross‑functional steering groups and trading meetings
  • Lead change management for new pricing tools and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in measurement, elasticity modelling and promo ROI

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years in pricing, commercial, or analytical roles
  • Background in PE firms, Retail and/or Food/CPG suppliers
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative fields would be advantageous

  • Develop consistent, transparent reporting to provide financial insights to VOIS stakeholders, including Financial Controllers, FP&A and Business Partners
  • Contribute to VOIS’s transformation journey by leading process improvements, implementing robust controls, and advancing simplification and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate continuously with the Group INCA team to ensure VOIS costs are recovered through appropriate mechanisms aligned with governance and business requirements
