Job Description:

RAC has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive HSEQ Administration Coordinator to join our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Team on a permanent basis. Based at our Bradley Stoke, Bristol office on a hybrid working model (typically two days per week on site), this role plays a key part in supporting the HSEQ team to meet statutory requirements, supports safe systems of work and drive continual Health, Safety and Environmental improvements across the team and wider organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Control HSEQ documentation and records ensuring they are well organized, up to date and accurate
  • Coordinate HSEQ schedules, schedule book and manage team meetings where required and support wider team logistics to support smooth operations
  • Provide administrative support to HSEQ leaders, including preparing reports and materials
  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets and contact lists
  • Collate HSEQ data, support the production of reports and support all aspects of continuous improvement across the team and work operations
  • Track and follow up actions, ensuring timely completion
  • Handle sensitive information accurately and confidentially

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with varied teams
  • Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective time‑management
  • Analytical, proactive and able to solve problems quickly
  • Accurate and dependable when managing data, documents and schedules
  • Adaptable and comfortable juggling changes priorities
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (minimum requirement)
