Pricing Analyst

• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer rebate contracts to evaluate performance and compliance
• Ensure timely processing, settlement, and payment of rebates and administrative fees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address questions related to contract language, setup, or customer requirements
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract terms to meet all obligations accurately and on schedule
• Provide regular communications to customers regarding market share and rebate payments
• Support the principal analyst by assisting with workload management and ad hoc requests
• Utilize revenue management systems to manage reporting and payment processes efficiently
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements in administrative workflows
• Monitor and resolve rebate or administrative fee issues by partnering with internal teams
• Ensure data integrity and compliance by adhering to standard operating procedures and best practices

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively collaborate across teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in customer service, pricing, and payment processing
• Familiarity with revenue management systems, such as SAP R/3 or Model N, is a plus
• Solid understanding of contract management and business acumen
