This role is a team member of the Global Mobility Team, reporting to the FP&A Manager, Global Mobility. The Pricing Analyst position will be responsible for assignments in the mobility pricing roles in charge of the pricing analysis across different regions. In this role, employees will work cooperatively with internal stakeholders (regional BD, product and pricing team) to meet profitability goals through development and execution of pricing and profit strategies. This role will also be responsible for completing strategic pricing and data analytics that are highly visible within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Impact and profitability analysis for special pricing agreements and quote delivery
Strategic pricing and data analysis
Manage and govern major price rebate programs to ensure margin protection and compliance
Deliver monthly pricing performance analysis, forecast, and budget
Own the annual Global Bicycle Master Price List and Global MPS Belt List Price, ensuring global consistency
Define and maintain Bicycle customer price classes to support disciplined pricing execution
New product pricing and positioning strategies in collaboration with product and commercial teams
Support additional pricing inquiries and tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum: BS/BA or equivalent (3 years of experience) with 1 year of pricing experience.
Preferred: BS/BA or equivalent (6 years of experience) with 2-5 years’ experience in the areas of Pricing, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Billing
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, within a multi-cultural setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, ability to juggle multiple priorities and flexible to accommodate changing business needs and fixed deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with sales teams across regions
Flexible working hours with interactions with different time zones
Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships. Team player
proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed.
Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront.
Intermediate to Advanced computer and PC skills including Microsoft Excel.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
