Job Description:

The Pricing Analyst V leads activities associated with the development of cost/price proposals, including strategic planning, analysis, spreadsheet development, and budget analysis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute commercial pricing strategies aligning with contract cost and pricing principles, aimed at acquiring new and follow-on business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing proposals meet strategic and financial goals
  • Apply a deep understanding of commercial pricing strategies to develop competitive pricing models
  • Performs quality assurance reviews to ensure that cost/price volume components are accurate and responsive to requirements
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in commercial real estate and facilities management
  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and commercial procedures and policies
  • Acts as a mentor, coordinating and directing other members of the pricing staff on larger complex proposals
  • Ensures compliance with company and external policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline
  • two (2) years’ experience in contracts or pricing may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college
  • Twelve (12) years’ experience in cost proposal preparation or cost proposal development
  • relevant finance experience may be considered for some years in lieu of cost proposal preparation and development
  • 8 years’ experience with a master’s degree
  • Specific experience in Commercial IFM is required
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-quality material with keen attention to detail
  • Must be able to work extended hours, often with short notice, to meet deadlines
  • US citizenship is required

Knowledge of commercial procedures and policies for identifying and developing potential business opportunities is a plus
