We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Pricing Analyst to join the team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing performance and accuracy across Europe, working in close collaboration with both European and local pricing teams. You will build funnel conversion monitoring and produce cross-border potential analyses to identify key opportunity areas and optimize business performance.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze pricing performance and accuracy across the European market
Produce detailed segment-level analyses (e.g., by age, price band, or vehicle profile) to identify trends and gaps
Compare theoretical pricing references with realized sale prices and market benchmarks
Support automated pricing implementation in core markets alongside the EU Data Intelligence team
Contribute to the continuous improvement of dynamic pricing models
Build funnel monitoring systems and analyze conversion rates to identify missed opportunities
Leverage internal and external cross-border data to assist EU vehicle buying teams in identifying high-potential markets
Generate regular and ad hoc pricing reports for local stakeholders and European leadership
Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable business insights
Collaborate with the Data Intelligence team to enhance KPI frameworks (price accuracy, margin, time-to-sale, and stock turn)
Automate recurring reporting processes to increase team efficiency and share best practices across Europe
Requirements:
High school diploma (mandatory)
2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, business analytics, or data analytics
Fluency in English (C1 minimum, spoken and written)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)
Ability to work comfortably with large datasets
Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
Proven ability to collaborate with multi-country teams and a problem-solving mindset
High attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
Autonomous and proactive approach to tasks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and multicultural environment
Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
Nice to have:
Additional European languages are a plus
Experience with Power BI is a significant advantage
Experience or a strong interest in the automotive market is a plus
