Job Description

We are currently looking for a Pricing Administrator — Wholesale to join our Commercial Finance team. Reporting to the Pricing Manager, this role will provide key administrative support across wholesale pricing, customer terms, supplier discounts and deal management. You will be responsible for accurately loading and maintaining pricing information within the wholesale trading platform, while supporting strong governance, reporting and data integrity.

Job Responsibility

  • Load and maintain agreed product pricing, customer terms, deal programs and supplier discounts within the wholesale trading platform
  • Maintain customer and product pricing matrices in line with approved pricing structures and governance frameworks
  • Action approved pricing changes, deal setups and amendments accurately and within required timeframes
  • Monitor pricing data integrity, including gross margin data, and escalate variances or issues where required
  • Support the Sales and Finance teams with pricing administration, customer rebates, supplier reporting and deal implementation
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting for key stakeholders across Sales, Finance and the wider business
  • Contribute to a strong customer service culture by building effective relationships and supporting improved stakeholder outcomes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pricing, finance administration, financial systems, reporting or a similar data-focused role
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with pricing, reporting or financial data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or a related field will be highly regarded
  • Experience with pricing systems or processes within FMCG, wholesale, retail or pharmacy will be highly regarded
