As a Price and Margin Management Manager at Kempower, you will drive the development, governance and execution of our sales pricing and margin strategies to support growth and profitability targets. A key responsibility for this role is to orchestrate price adjustments across the company, ensuring that price changes are planned, approved, communicated, implemented, and monitored in a coordinated, controlled, and transparent manner in collaboration with product management, sales, finance and sourcing.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the development, governance and execution of our sales pricing and margin strategies to support growth and profitability targets
Orchestrate price adjustments across the company, ensuring that price changes are planned, approved, communicated, implemented, and monitored in a coordinated, controlled, and transparent manner
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen our operational pricing processes
Develop and maintain advanced pricing models and perform value-, customer-, and application‑level analysis
Lead pricing initiatives and improvement projects, including defining pricing strategies, governance models, processes and tooling
Drive alignment and present recommendations to Steering Committees and Kempower leadership
Enhance and expand our pricing capabilities by building structured, reliable and future‑proof pricing assets
Support the design, development and rollout of pricing and margin management solutions across key systems (CPQ, ERP, CRM, configurators)
Act as a pricing ambassador by educating stakeholders, improving pricing transparency, and enabling data‑driven decision making
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing, governing, and executing pricing and margin strategies in a complex global environment with products and services
Hands‑on experience in developing and implementing pricing processes and the systems required to execute them
Understanding of pricing frameworks, margin management, and value‑based pricing approaches
Experience leading company‑wide price adjustments, including planning, approval coordination, communication, implementation, and monitoring
Demonstrated capability to ensure pricing processes are controlled, transparent, and consistently applied across regions and product areas
Strong commercial and analytical background with the ability to translate data into pricing decisions
Ability to communicate clearly and influence at multiple levels cross-functionally
Strong LEAN mindset with focus on process efficiency and smart ways of working
Ability to tolerate ambiguity and simplify complexity through process and system development
Personal drive to identify development opportunities and take the lead on new initiatives
Comfort with uncertainty while remaining persistent in maintaining clarity and progress
Adaptability in rapidly changing situations and an evolving industry
Proficiency in spoken and written English
