Job Responsibility

Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, freezers, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, exhaust and supply fans, meeting room equipment, swimming pools and hot tubs
Monitor and support energy-conservation efforts throughout the property
Perform basic plumbing repairs
Repair or troubleshoot laundry equipment
Repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment as needed
Respond to work orders and guest requests in a timely, professional manner
Maintain a safe working environment by following hotel and OSHA guidelines
Communicate clearly with supervisors, managers, and other departments
Document completed tasks accurately in the hotel's work-order system
