Job Responsibility

Checks and monitors quality of hardware and plating system
Assists in maintaining high standards of quality for the area and resolves all hardware quality issues
Ensure all paints ready for use daily on plating line and backline
Ensures adherence to all standard operating procedures and quality control checks
Assure equipment cleaning schedule is completed in the E-Room, vacuum chambers, cleaning systems and ovens
Performs preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure continued operation and high-quality product
Inspect all rejected products to determine corrective action and counter measures to be taken
