Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Austintown Township, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing preventative maintenance schedules to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. This is an onsite contract position offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the construction industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and manage preventative maintenance schedules to meet customer service package requirements
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Communicate effectively with customers to schedule appointments and address inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including scheduled and completed tasks
  • Review maintenance requests for compliance with service agreements and schedules
  • Support customer satisfaction by proactively managing schedules and following up on services
  • Utilize scheduling systems and office software to streamline operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on maintenance priorities
  • Perform administrative tasks related to scheduling and maintenance coordination

Requirements

  • Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems and basic computer operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with field technicians and internal teams in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

Experience in account management or coordinating services is a plus
