Job Description:

Our client is a leading provider of pre-construction services, including design, estimating, and 3D modeling. They also offer a broad range of construction services, from fabrication to commissioning, and are certified in NEBB and TAB services. In addition, they specialize in maintenance and service, offering preventative facility maintenance, equipment repair and replacement, and fire/smoke damper testing. They are seeking a driven and self-motivated Account Executive to sell HVAC and Plumbing Preventive Maintenance contracts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generating new business by proactively prospecting, cold calling, and meeting with potential clients
  • Selling HVAC and plumbing Preventive Maintenance contracts, with the ability to discuss basic system functions
  • Managing and growing existing accounts by building strong relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Collaborating with service operations to ensure successful contract delivery
  • Taking ownership of the full sales cycle—prospecting through close
  • Representing the company professionally and with integrity while building trust with customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, building services, or related industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems is a major plus
