Job Description:

Hang Seng Bank seeks high-caliber professionals to join as a Prestige Private Relationship Manager. Candidates will provide financial planning services, personalized wealth management, and coaching to build trusted customer relationships while managing operational risks. The role offers a dynamic environment, career development opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Job Responsibility:

Provide professional financial planning services to high-net-worth / top-tier Prestige private customers
Provide personalized and all-rounded wealth management service for this segment of customers to build and maintain good relationships
Promote holistic wealth management service for optimizing new business opportunities
Assist the team head in providing coaching to Relationship Managers
Manage operational risk and observe the relevant policies / guidelines and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

University degree in a related discipline OR professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP is preferred
Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
Holder of HKIB Associate Retail Wealth Professional (ARWP) or Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred
Fulfilment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
Minimum of five years' experience in selling investment, insurance and banking products
Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
Be curious and with passion to think deeply and rationally.
