Job Description:

The Prestige Account Developer in the HORECA channel acts as a brand ambassador and business developer for Premium Spirits. Focused on high-end venues - such as upscale hotels, renowned restaurants, exclusive bars, and high-volume clubs - they drive brand visibility, boost sales, and foster customer loyalty. Through strong relationships and exceptional consumer experiences, they play a key role in expanding market presence and elevating the brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium HORECA accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and distribution goals
  • Ensure brand excellence in outlets, collaborating closely with field sales teams
  • Act as a category ambassador, sharing strategy and insights with HORECA Business Developers
  • Tailor product offerings to meet specific account needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA channel
  • Coordinate tastings, events, and promotions to boost brand visibility
  • Educate staff and customers on product features, pairings, and cocktail creation
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally
  • Lead brand activation efforts to create memorable consumer experiences
  • Collaborate with outlets to integrate brand into ambiance and offerings
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol-related laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management within the alcohol industry, preferably in the HORECA channel
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including spirits
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent Lithuanian, English – B1-B2 level
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Drivers license
  • Compliance with all alcohol-related regulations and licensing requirements
