The proposition is to strategically leverage a newly created centralized Prestige+ Unit in order to fully address the opportunity. The mission of the Prestige+ Unit will be to bring focus and dedication to accelerate Prestige+ through specific route to markets and brand quality x market combinations with strong potential for acceleration, before delivering an exceptional execution on the key touchpoints of the Prestige ecosystem, hand in hand with Brand Companies and Market Companies. Main tasks and responsibilities: Based in Paris – Internship for 6 months - Start date: 1st of July 2026. The Position: The Prestige Acceleration Intern will be a key member of the Prestige Acceleration team based in Paris and Dubai (1 Head of Prestige desirability, 1 Head of Prestige Delivery, 2 Prestige Acceleration leads). This unique and very diverse role primarily consists of assisting in the delivery of Prestige & Ultra-Prestige brands at global scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Luxury Partnerships: nourish an ecosystem of selected luxury partners that will contribute to elevate primarily our brands in key markets: identify the partners, build a holistic collaboration program, launch and activate in key markets with a dedicated communication plan
  • Auction strategy: partner with key auction houses in building global marketing activations, and support our markets in leveraging this road to market
  • Media Strategy & Planning: support des marchés sur l’accélération de certains plans media dans les marchés clés
  • Educate & inspire Prestige+ stakeholders to boost expertise and Prestige mindset: support the running of a Prestige committee: external luxury experts to fuel and inspire Prestige teams in brand companies and markets
  • Brand Strategy & Planning: Support the team in collaborating daily with global brand teams to design a product pipeline aligned with the Prestige ambitions and markets needs but also accompany the team in securing a project delivery as well as support the key global launch momentums

Requirements:

  • Level of study: Postgraduate
  • Organized, rigorous, methodical and proactive with a “Doer” mindset
  • Dynamic and always eager to learn new things
  • Previous successful experience in international marketing
  • Strong affinity with luxury industry and a strong interest in Wine & Spirits
  • Fluent in English
