Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Brake Press Operator, shearing machine operator, or sheet metal fabricator
Direct experience working with heavy metals, structural steel, or iron working is considered a major asset
Demonstrated ability to accurately read and execute production plans
Flexibility and enthusiasm for being cross-trained in diverse operational and mechanical workflows

Job Responsibility

Operate a press brake machine and shearing machine according to work orders
Position, align, and secure raw iron or sheet metal workpieces against precise fixtures, stops, or dies using manual handling techniques and measuring devices
Measure completed metal components using micrometers, calipers, templates, and gauges to verify total conformance to strict engineering specifications
Examine all shaped workpieces for defects, marred surfaces, or chipped edges, ensuring a zero-defect output for the manufacturing and logistics production line
