The President will serve as the organization’s top executive leader, responsible for overall business performance, strategic direction, and long‑term value creation. Drive margin improvement, cost discipline, and operational efficiency
Partner closely with finance leadership to ensure strong reporting, controls, and transparency

Requirements:
Proven executive leadership experience within the construction industry (e.g., commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or specialty contracting) preferred
Demonstrated success driving business development, revenue growth, and strategic account expansion
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility and capital decisions
Track record of scaling organizations while maintaining operational excellence
Exceptional relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills
