Job Description

The President will serve as the organization’s top executive leader, responsible for overall business performance, strategic direction, and long‑term value creation. This individual will be a highly visible leader both internally and externally, with a primary focus on business development, strategic customer expansion, operational alignment, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Proven executive leadership experience within the construction industry (e.g., commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or specialty contracting) preferred
  • Demonstrated success driving business development, revenue growth, and strategic account expansion
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility and capital decisions
  • Track record of scaling organizations while maintaining operational excellence
  • Exceptional relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
