Job Responsibility

  • Work within the Strategy and Performance team under the Executive Vice President of Bombardier's Supply Chain, Program, Engineering, and Innovation divisions
  • Partner closely with the Strategy and Governance teams to lead the development and execution of presentation design projects
  • Design, elevate, and maintain visually compelling, narrative driven presentations that highlight the value proposition of Bombardier products, programs, and strategies
  • Translate complex strategic concepts into simple, clear, high impact visuals for senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders
  • Create visually engaging slides using strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy — ensuring all presentations are polished, consistent, and brand aligned
  • Build and maintain slide templates, iconography, diagrams, and reusable visual assets for the team
  • Ensure all presentations meet Bombardier's brand, formatting, and quality standards (spell check, font alignment, layout consistency, spacing, color accuracy, etc.)
  • Collaborate with analysts and subject matter experts to visually support business cases, program reviews, executive briefings, and strategic updates
  • Produce original graphic content (illustrations, infographics, schematics, mockups, etc.) to support messaging across various product and service lines
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Support Governance committees by designing clear, structured presentation materials for program reviews, decision making forums, and strategic updates
  • Collaborating with governance focal leads to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared understanding
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to visually communicate programming roadmaps, digital transformation initiatives, product concepts, and system improvements
  • Ensure All-Hands materials deliver a clear, compelling story aligned with organizational priorities and messaging

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • You have a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced graphic design capabilities, particularly in presentation design
  • You are highly proficient in PowerPoint and can design complex, polished, and visually unique presentations
  • You have expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design related tools
  • You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and design rigor in layout, spacing, consistency, and visual storytelling
  • You are creative, resourceful, and passionate about crafting compelling and aesthetically engaging presentations
  • You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and visually simplify complex analyses or strategic content
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring professionalism, innovation, and a strong team-oriented mindset
  • You have an interest in aviation and are eager to learn about the industry
  • Are proficient with collaboration tools (Teams, Power BI, Excel, Word, think-cell, etc.)
  • You are fluent in both English and French, spoken and written
