Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice
Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care
Working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team
Driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Independent prescribing qualification
Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role

Nice to have:

Previous general practice experience is desirable
