Job Description:

Locum GP Pharmacist opportunity in Central London working at a GP surgery. The role involves managing prescriptions, supporting long-term condition reviews, ensuring safe prescribing, maintaining patient records, and improving workflow efficiency. Flexible part-time schedule with competitive hourly pay.

Job Responsibility:

Manage repeat prescriptions and medication queries
support long-term condition reviews and medication optimisation
work alongside the wider clinical team to ensure safe prescribing
update and maintain accurate records in EMIS
contribute to improving practice workflow and safety

Requirements:

Strong EMIS experience
previous experience working in a GP surgery setting
excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
GPhC registration as a pharmacist
