Locum GP Pharmacist opportunity in Central London working at a GP surgery. The role involves managing prescriptions, supporting long-term condition reviews, ensuring safe prescribing, maintaining patient records, and improving workflow efficiency. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage repeat prescriptions and medication queries
  • support long-term condition reviews and medication optimisation
  • work alongside the wider clinical team to ensure safe prescribing
  • update and maintain accurate records in EMIS
  • contribute to improving practice workflow and safety

Requirements:

  • Strong EMIS experience
  • previous experience working in a GP surgery setting
  • excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • GPhC registration as a pharmacist
