Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including: CDA (Child Development Associate), OR Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
  • Passionate, reliable, and committed to early childhood education
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
