Job Description

We’re currently seeking caring, experienced educators to join our preschool team in Mililani. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may work as a Preschool Teacher, Infant/Toddler Caregiver, or support staff member.

Job Responsibility

  • Help create a warm, engaging, and safe environment for young learners
  • Guide development through play, exploration, and daily routines
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute ideas and collaborate as part of a team
  • Bring your experience and strengths into the classroom

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • A love for working with children and willingness to learn
  • 1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
  • PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including: CDA (Child Development Associate), OR Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate)
