Job Responsibility

  • Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
  • Help plan and implement age‑appropriate activities and curriculum
  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
  • Work as part of a supportive teaching team

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • A love for working with children and willingness to learn
  • 1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including: CDA (Child Development Associate), OR Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
