Job Responsibility
Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children
Leading or assisting with activities like art, music, storytelling, and outdoor play
Encouraging social, emotional, and early learning development
Building positive relationships with children, families, and your team
Requirements
Preschool Aide: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, a love for working with children and willingness to learn
Infant/Toddler Caregiver: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Preschool Teacher: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including CDA (Child Development Associate), OR Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, 6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
