Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with Sales team during the pre-sales phase of projects
  • Conduct customer requirement hearings and clarify business/technical needs
  • Research and create detailed technical proposals tailored to customer requirements
  • Prepare project estimations and planning in collaboration with the offshore development team
  • Deliver presentations and technical explanations to customers
  • Provide support to the Delivery team at the project kick-off phase (when required)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a BrSE/PM for the Japanese market across various IT fields (web development, mobile apps, system development, cloud, etc.)
  • Experience in making Requirement (要件定義) with SI & End-user customers
  • Experience in making proposals and estimations working with offshore team
  • Japanese proficiency N2–N1, fluent in speaking, with the ability to support Sales and Delivery teams
  • Capable of communicating with customers in both business and technical aspects
  • Experience in one or more domains such as Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail
  • Strong interpersonal skills: active listener, cheerful personality, and effective team player
