We are seeking an enthusiastic Presales Trainee to support lead generation and initial customer interactions for Odoo products and services. The role involves outbound calling, qualifying leads, scheduling demos or meetings, and maintaining accurate customer and partner data in the system. Job Responsibility:
Make outbound calls to promote Odoo products and services
Generate and qualify leads
schedule demos or meetings
Perform accurate data entry of customer and partner details
Maintain and update lead and customer records in the system
Follow up on inquiries, campaigns, and existing leads
Requirements:
Tele-calling or inside sales experience in IT/Software is preferred
Good communication skills in English and the local language
Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
