Understand the Nuacem AI’s Cognitive Customer Engagement Cloud Platform, its offerings / capabilities, and the Problems that these offerings can solve for Enterprises in each Industry and each function.
Job Responsibility:
Attend meetings with Sales team members during which you will be required to understand customer pain points, customer requirements, business goals and suggest the most appropriate solution for the customer
Assist sales process in the demonstration of conversational AI, natural language technologies developed with the Nuacem AI’s Platform
Demonstrate Botjet and other Platforms and methodologies from technical/innovation teams through to C-Level prospects/customers
Engage with On-going development of new applications/concepts to demonstrate power/flexibility of the Nuacem AI Platform
Prepare collateral content/presentations for techno-functional requirements and present to prospective customers
Understand the various backend & frontend systems that can be integrated with Nuacem AI’s Cognitive Customer Engagement Cloud Platform
Work with the Sales team to help them understand the features of the Product and to help them achieve the annual revenue targets
Assist and drive PoC/Beta projects helping global sales teams win the leads
Maintain and expand client relationships
Manage all technical and functional requests from the Sales team
Requirements:
Has the ability to solve complex business problems and concepts and make disciplined decisions based on the available information
Exposure to toolsets (Jira, Confluence, or similar tools) across requirement’s documentation, conversation design and Quality assurance
Has previously worked in SaaS Based high performance enterprise products and teams
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-geographical teams
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Has Deep domain knowledge of any one of these domains – Banking, Financial services, Insurance, Retail, Telco, Utilities, Retail, Manufacturing, Education
Has worked in customer locations or covered regions preferably in geographies like India, LATAM, Southeast Asia, Europe, South America, North America, Middle East/Africa
Has knowledge about Enterprise Architecture and Frameworks
Has been part of the India startup environment
Has high levels of Diligence/Ownership
Has worked on Enterprise Chatbot/Conversational AI development in the past
