The CGO’s Price to Win (P2W) Advisor with a focus on Infrastructure Services plays a strategic role in shaping competitive bids in large-scale/mega enterprise solutions. This P2W team, and each advisor on the team, works to advise mega pursuits following NTT DATA’s P2W process, bringing the perspective of market pricing, competitor estimations and tactics and client buying behavior to the context of a sales pursuit, resulting in alignment of the sales team, business and practice leadership behind a competitive solution. P2W Advisors will review scope and estimate volumetrics for proactive and prescriptive solutions, profile competitors in play, and consider past contracts and client buying behaviors to build and communicate recommended pricing and costing to core opportunity team and leadership. The advisor will work with his experience, competitor knowledge base, and benchmarking tools, and review of primary sources of intelligence including procurement documents, solution specifications and competitor earnings calls to speak with authority on the P2W he creates and delivers. Fact-based and thoughtful communication is necessary when working with Sales Leads, Technical Architects and leads of various practices to communicate the P2W. While every sales pursuit is different, and will require some customization of the process and tools, the P2W team is building and growing our toolset, and the P2W Advisor will also contribute to the larger teams knowledgebase, tools and processes to optimize the success of the team and improve the Win Rate for the pursuits supported.
