Job Description

As a Presales Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with our talented sales, product, and technical teams to deliver compelling solutions and drive customer success. Job Responsibility

  • Validating product presentations and proposals to prospective potential clients supporting sales guys
  • Offering POC and Validating the same
  • Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of the Scalefusion MDM solution
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers by investigating issues reported by customers, and communicating with internal product development teams to resolve product issues
  • Follow up regularly with prospective existing clients to ensure they are satisfied with the Scalefusion deployment
  • Listen to the needs of the Existing and Prospective Customers and share insights with product development and marketing teams
  • Supporting Product Installation for Live accounts
  • Solid understanding of networking principles (Firewall, Network Protocols, IP addresses, etc)
  • Solid understanding of On-premise and Cloud technologies

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Work experience on any Mobility/Enterprise Software/ Cloud Solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Open to travel
  • Customer Facing along with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements
  • Should have experience in On-premise and cloud deployments
  • Knowledge of the Android/iOS/Windows Mobility OS platform is a must
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and certificates is a must
  • Should be Open to Work across multiple time zones
  • Candidates with Technical Account Management/ Technical Support (L2, L3) background are ideal
  • Candidate to bridge the gap between the Sales and Development Team to expedite the Feature Request development process

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility, BYOD, and SaaS is an asset
