The ideal candidate understands complex IT environments, translates business requirements into scalable architectures, and defines clear transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable value. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep architectural expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements:
Analyze existing IT environments
Assess current customer infrastructure, applications, integrations, and operational models
Identify architectural gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
Evaluate performance, scalability, security, and compliance characteristics
Design target architectures and roadmaps
Propose future-state architectures aligned with business strategy
Develop transformation roadmaps and phased implementation plans
Define modernization paths including cloud adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Bridge business and IT
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Understand and articulate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Return on Investment (ROI), and cost optimization strategies
Support business case development and executive-level decision-making
Cooperate with account managers and delivery organization team members
Drive initiatives and internally lead delivery team members
Outline roadmaps and ways to tackle hurdles
Design complex IT solutions
Architect scalable, resilient, and secure systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
Lead solution design workshops and technical governance
Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with enterprise standards
Drive modern IT adoption
Apply best practices in: AI and data-driven solutions
Containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes ecosystems)
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Automation and DevOps practices
Cloud-native architectures
Complex data backup and recovery architectures
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends
Communication and leadership
Act as trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
