The Presales Solution Consultant is responsible for designing, preparing RFP responses, and supporting pre-sales and business development activities for Application Development and Application Maintenance. This involves collaboration with bid management, delivery teams, and technical architects. The consultant will also demonstrate technical solutions to customers and share practical experiences to showcase expertise.
Job Responsibility:
Overall design, solution, effort estimation and writing of the RFP response
mapping client business requirements from the RFP/RFI/RFQ to RFP response
creating and providing contextualized solution content and technical narrative for RFP Responses and Orals
supporting sales and bid campaign teams in the qualification of customer’s needs
owning the campaign in Managed Service bids from an AD/AM perspective
utilizing expertise from various application maintenance strategies to form a winning response
pre-sales and business development activities like opportunities assessment, solution mapping, storyboarding, resource estimation, proposal writing, client presentations, and client visits
product or proof of concept demos
demonstrating various AD, AM, ITSM capacities to customers during pre-sales and solutioning
sharing Sopra Steria’s practical experiences in delivering AM solutions with prospects and existing customers
Requirements:
B.Tech with relevant work experience in presales and solutioning activities
MBA preferred
India working hours with alignment expected in the UK hours
flexibility in terms of working hours esp. during peak bid phases
