• Manages activities during solution idea, design, and implementation
• Liaise with Sales team & prospects, understanding technical requirements and providing solutions
• Support sales teams from a technical standpoint
• Ensure support to onboarding of new customers
• Help bridge the gap between solution offered and prospect's problem
• Help prospects address challenges with creative solutions
• Grapple with Customer queries
• Engage with development and engineering teams
• Review business context for solutions
• Define vision and requirements
• Recommend potential options
• Develop roadmap
• Respond to RFP/Tenders with compliance statements
• Prepare effort estimates, costing, and pricing
• Prepare scope of Work
• Structure complex financial deals at executive level
• Negotiate terms of agreement and closing sales

• BE/BTech or/and MBA preferred
• 10+ years related experience in solutions & presales roles
• Experience in a customer-facing role with a demonstrated customer obsession
• Proven track record in architecting and managing implementations of applications/systems in large and complex global companies
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new concepts quickly
• Prior experience in dealing with Software & Network Automation solutions preferred
• Ability to build relationships and trust
• Capability to understand and navigate a complex, relationship-based matrix organization
• Deep analytical skills & ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues, and solutions
• Being able to adopt a team-oriented approach to solving problems
• Competence to influence, negotiate and work collaboratively
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Sound knowledge on technologies like IP Core Network, Automation & Orchestration, Cloud and Security

Candidates with prior experience in dealing with the Software & Network Automation solutions would be preferred
