We are seeking a proactive and professional Presales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in presales, particularly within the Real Estate/Property industry.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and business needs within the Real Estate/Property sector
Develop and deliver compelling presales presentations and demonstrations tailored to prospective clients
Collaborate with sales teams to define presales strategies and contribute to proposal development
Provide technical and functional expertise to support the sales cycle and address client queries
Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics in Real Estate/Property to enhance presales efforts
Assist in qualifying leads and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Maintain accurate records of presales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a presales role
Maximum of 3 years of experience in a presales role
Demonstrated experience in the Real Estate / Property industry
Strong proficiency in Presales activities and methodologies
Any relevant qualification is acceptable
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
