Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and professional Presales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in presales, particularly within the Real Estate/Property industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and business needs within the Real Estate/Property sector
  • Develop and deliver compelling presales presentations and demonstrations tailored to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define presales strategies and contribute to proposal development
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to support the sales cycle and address client queries
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics in Real Estate/Property to enhance presales efforts
  • Assist in qualifying leads and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Maintain accurate records of presales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a presales role
  • Maximum of 3 years of experience in a presales role
  • Demonstrated experience in the Real Estate / Property industry
  • Strong proficiency in Presales activities and methodologies
  • Any relevant qualification is acceptable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
