We are seeking a proactive and professional Presales Executive to join our team in the real estate sector. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment for individuals with strong telesales skills and a passion for the industry.
Job Responsibility
Engage with potential clients via telesales to generate interest in real estate properties
Provide detailed information about properties, features, and pricing
Qualify leads and identify potential buyers' needs and preferences
Schedule property viewings and follow up with leads to guide them through the sales funnel
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate industry
Maximum of 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the Indian real estate market is a plus
