We are seeking a proactive and professional Presales Executive to join our team in the real estate sector. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment for individuals with strong telesales skills and a passion for the industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Engage with potential clients via telesales to generate interest in real estate properties
  • Provide detailed information about properties, features, and pricing
  • Qualify leads and identify potential buyers' needs and preferences
  • Schedule property viewings and follow up with leads to guide them through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Maximum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Indian real estate market is a plus
