You will provide specialist technical support, acting as an interface between the Customer, Sales, Marketing, Technology and Customer Care. Support pre-sales technical activities for business deals, design customer solutions and act as the point of contact for the post-sales activities for the business customers.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support and solution design at area of responsibility (Mobile private networks) for new acquired customers and new sales
Design complex solutions of customer demands
Prepare customer offer within full scope of VF products and ensure strong solution support to sales teams, external partners and internal teams
Assess technical solution complexity and develop the technical end-to-end solutions for customer needs
Present solutions to customers and partners
Provide a strong consultancy role within all phases of pre-sales, solution design, implementation and post-sales changes
Elevate the customer relationship from an operational focus to a business partnership
Provide end-to-end custom solution delivery to be offered to customers
Prepare implementation and configuration of customer solutions, support implementation teams
Create a landscape for increasing cross-selling opportunity
Deliver and drive the operating model, procedures and processes required to support the end-to-end solutions
Harmonize design of customer solutions for internal and external Solution Engineers
Solve problematic solution designs
Support external partners at uncustomed solution design
Coordinate best practice sharing between external and internal teams
Operatively manage partners
Act as SPOC for network changes and solutions of requests for development and support of internal systems
Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of IT/Telco complex customer solutions at business and corporate segments
Excellent knowledge of IP technologies and VoIP
Knowledge of access partners and their services worldwide
Knowledge of Telecommunication & ICT Technologies (5G, GSM, UMTS, LTE, VOIP, Fixed Data technologies, PBX, Cloud Computing)
Good orientation in the field of mobile solutions and core systems
