Presales Responsibilities (70%) – Engage with global clients (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, South Korea, etc.). – Participate in presales activities to support opportunity qualification and early client engagement. – Assist in the preparation of proposal artifacts (e.g., Pitch Decks, WBS, Tender Responses). – Translate ambiguous requirements into structured business or functional requirements. – Utilize standard presales processes such as BANT & MEDDIC and have an understanding of Gherkin. – Clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas in the initial stages and commit to deliverables like User Journeys. 2. Business Analysis Responsibilities (30%) – Understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements. – Analyze requirements from a business perspective and an end-user perspective. – Ensure business requirements are fully understood by the development team and provide input to design and product specifications. – Document functional and business requirements. – Create wireframes, activity diagrams, and system process flows. – Track all change requests from customers and manage all requirements, specifications, and change requests of the project. – Collaborate with the development team to discuss specifications, conduct Q&A, offer solutions, or resolve issues.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Business Analyst, Presales,.. )
Good knowledge of software development processes and software development life cycle
Strong business analytical skills and structured logical thinking
Able to understand complex software systems and learn quickly
Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively during the initial stages of client engagement
Able to deliver outputs such as user journeys, wireframes, process flows, and requirement documents
Strong documentation skills
able to create clear, concise, and well-structured documents
Good English, especially in speaking, reading, and writing
A third language is a plus
Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things, able to work under pressure, and flexible when needed
