We are looking for a Presales Consultant to support our business expansion in the SEA region. This role involves working closely with the Sales team, Distributors, and Channel Partners to provide technical solutions, product demonstrations, and guidance to prospective customers.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
Conduct product presentations and demos for solutions like NMS, ITSM, and other EverestIMS products
Provide technical support during the presales process, including requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration
Address customer queries and help resolve technical concerns to support the sales process
Assist in creating proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs
Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers by offering timely technical inputs
Keep up to date with product knowledge and competitor offerings to effectively position EverestIMS solutions
Requirements:
Good understanding of network management concepts and protocols such as SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, and REST APIs
Hands-on experience with leading NMS platforms like SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or equivalent
Strong communication and presentation skills
ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are an added advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
