Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with our customer and partner sales teams to understand customer challenges and help design solutions that make a difference
  • Learn how to translate business needs into technical architectures using our full portfolio — from hardware and software to cloud and services
  • Contribute to solution proposals, presentations, and demos that inspire confidence and excitement
  • Stay curious about new technologies and trends, and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Support customer engagements by helping to tell the story of how technology can drive transformation
  • Work with mentors who'll guide you as you build your expertise and confidence in pre-sales
  • Collaborate with internal and partner teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Document your work, share ideas, and help us continuously improve

Requirements:

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical, business, or related field
  • Some exposure to IT, technology, or sales through study, internships, or work experience
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity about cloud computing, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
  • Passionate about technology and eager to understand how it solves business problems
  • A natural communicator — someone who enjoys connecting ideas and people
