Job Description:

As part of the talented Thunder Jet team members will be responsible for preparing all boats for paint.

Job Responsibility:

  • Grind, sand, polish, scotch bright, and tape all product moving through the paint department
  • Bondo® may be applied in some cases

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for 10+ hour shifts
  • Maintain good attendance
  • Work overtime to meet production needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Operates and maintains hand and power tools and equipment while training under the safety guidelines
  • Ability to follow established safety processes
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to have:

  • Self-starter, team player with a good safety awareness
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
