The position requires a commitment to following health and safety guidelines, including compliance with sanitation protocols, weights and measures regulations, and safe work practices. Team Members participate in opening, mid-day, and closing duties, and they must report any safety hazards immediately. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperature conditions. Whole Foods Market offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $17.50 to $25.40 per hour, commensurate with experience. Successful completion of the initial 90 days may lead to wage increases.
