Job Description

As a Prep Technician / Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before delivery. You’ll carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on both new and used vehicles, ensuring they meet manufacturer guidelines and are ready for handover.

Job Responsibility

  • Completing PDIs on new and used vehicles
  • Working efficiently to meet agreed timeframes and productivity targets
  • Delivering high-quality workmanship and first-time fixes
  • Following manufacturer guidelines and compliance standards
  • Contributing to an outstanding customer experience through quality and care

Requirements

  • Level 2/3 qualification in Automotive (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Prep Technician
  • Your own tools
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
