Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated PDI Technician to join our team at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South, working from our offsite preparation facility in Langar, Nottingham. We offer a competitive basic salary between £29,200 and £35,720, depending on your skills and experience. This is based on a 41‑hour working week, plus the opportunity to earn an additional over‑performance bonus.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out pre‑delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles
  • Ensure all work meets the highest standards and adheres to manufacturer guidelines
  • Work efficiently within agreed timeframes while maintaining excellent productivity
  • Uphold our commitment to first‑time fixes and outstanding customer service

Requirements:

  • A relevant Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Your own tools
  • A full UK driving licence
