Prep Cook

• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, proteins, and sauces according to recipe standards
• Execute foundational cooking tasks, including roasting, blanching, and making stocks or doughs
• Assist with mise en place preparation to ensure readiness for service
• Organize and store food items properly, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, tools, and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment
• Support the line team by preparing and replenishing mise en place during busy periods
• Receive and check deliveries, properly labeling and storing inventory

• Basic knife skills and a strong understanding of fundamental food preparation techniques
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and food processors
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
• A willingness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks across the kitchen
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, training is available for motivated candidates
