We are seeking a reliable and organised Prep Chef to support our kitchen team during morning service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and early shifts that support a great work-life balance.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare ingredients, stations, and mise en place for service
Follow kitchen procedures and recipes with accuracy
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Assist chefs during service where needed
Manage stock rotation and communicate shortages
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or prep experience
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
