Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organised Prep Chef to support our kitchen team during morning service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and early shifts that support a great work-life balance.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare ingredients, stations, and mise en place for service
  • Follow kitchen procedures and recipes with accuracy
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Assist chefs during service where needed
  • Manage stock rotation and communicate shortages

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or prep experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards

Nice to have

  • Experience in busy restaurant kitchens
  • A passion for fresh, seasonal food
