Randstad is currently seeking a Premiums Officer/Customer Advisor to join a valued client in Adelaide CBD. The role is offering full time hours (monday - friday) in a service centre environment. If you are career driven, have a passion for the insurance industry and have a willingness to learn new skills this company is for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls in accordance with service standards
  • Respond to all correspondence received by email or post in accordance with service Standards
  • Ensure employer details are accurately maintained at every interaction
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve the customer experience and service delivery and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Gather and analyse information from employers and their representatives in order to make evidence-based decisions and to ensure accurate premium invoices are issued
  • Execute registration processes promptly ensuring adherence to established service standards
  • Apply, policies procedures, and work-practices, relevant to your work
  • Educate, promote, and assist employers and their representatives to utilise the clients online services, including online user access

Requirements:

  • Available to commence 2nd Feb 2026
  • Full time role - Mon to Fri
  • Office Based - Adelaide CBD
  • Australian Citizens / Permanent residents only
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service with a passion for servicing clients
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong PC skills and ability to work on computer-based applications
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can do attitude, Proactive and Self-managed
  • Team player attitude and have excellent work ethic
  • Ability to approach tasks and challenges with critical and analytical thinking
