Job Responsibility

  • Living and working on a cruise ship
  • Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
  • Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of premium watches through onboard seminars, presentations, and in-store events
  • Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
  • Exceeding sales targets and delivering promotional events such as seminars and presentations

Requirements

  • Strong retail background and knowledge of watches
  • Experience of working with and selling Swiss brands and luxury watches
  • Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Proven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury items
  • Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
  • A strong team player who is goal orientated

  • Valid Driver's License with no moving violations in the last 5 years

  • Perform required care including taking X-rays, cleaning teeth and dentures, applying sealants, assess patient's oral heath to report finding to dentist, following all ADA and Company standards of care
  • Explain procedures as they are completed to patient
  • Enter chart notes for treatment provided into Salesforce at the time of treatment
  • Ensure that OSHA safety and cleanliness regulations are followed during patient treatment
  • Ensure that disposables are handled correctly before leaving facilities
  • Check out with dental contact at facility, including review of chart notes
