Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor(s), the Warehouse Worker is responsible for delivering food, beverages, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner.
Job Responsibility:
Reports for scheduled events on time, in proper uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance
Reports to main warehouse in a timely manner
Delivers stock to all concessions stands, portables, and commissaries
Helps stand managers maintain adequate inventory levels and performs assigned tasks to help maintain operational standards of the concession operation
Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
Presents a cooperative work attitude and cheerfully accepts job responsibilities
Learns correct containers and food products used in portables and concession stands
Maintains a clean and organized work area
Properly cleans commissaries, concession stands, and portables as assigned
Reports all needed stand repairs to the Warehouse Manager
Empties trash containers into receptacles and delivers trash to appropriate dumpsters
Uses all safety equipment provided
Uses safe lifting techniques
Shows flexibility in rotating assignments
Performs and completes other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
Must be able to work eight (8) hours in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, reaching, and repetitive motions
